We ship on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. In most cases we can post your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Fridays will not be shipped until the following week. If we are currently out of a product that you ordered, we will contact you via email and let you know the estimated ship day or date.
Sunny Valley Wheat Free, LLC uses flat rate priority shipping boxes and sends parcels through the US Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). Each box costs $9.80 to ship plus our handling fee of $3.00. One box holds about 3 loaves of bread, 19 cookies, or 6 scones. Please note that Ola’s Egg-Free Loaf is a bit larger than other breads.
In most cases the package will arrive within 1–3 business days. However, Sunny Valley Wheat Free makes no guarantees as to when the package will arrive and is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once placed with an authorized carrier such as the US Postal Service. If you have a time-sensitive situation for receiving a product (or products), please call us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
Sunny Valley Wheat Free, LLC shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from fire, strikes, weather, casualty, acts of war, holiday "rush" volume or other causes beyond our control.
In the case of damaged merchandise: Do not send the damaged items to us. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) requires the recipient (customer) to file the damage claims. Keep the box, damaged item(s) and all packing materials, in case the carrier sends out a claim investigator and wants to check them and take pictures of the damaged item(s).
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
Due to strict sanitary and food regulations, Sunny Valley Wheat Free, LLC does not accept any returns of food items, unless due to our error. Please contact us with questions regarding specific ingredients and products before ordering. For your protection, all sales are final and are not returnable under any circumstance. |
